Integrated Turbine Compressor Control

PM Control provides quality solutions for Integrated Turbine & Compressor Control (ITCC)' utilising Woodward's leading ITCC algorithm and hardware we have completed many retrofits throughout Asia. We offer total, integrated solutions for compressor train applications across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. ITCC makes PM Control a one stop shop for turbine compressor applications.

PM Control's ITCC is a proactive control regulating the rate at which the compressor's operating point approaches the surge line, thus allowing for smooth transition to stable operation. Our algorithms also perform decoupling of interacting control routines and high speed communication between the compressor, its driver, and the process. This delivers optimal surge prevention without process disruption.

Applying advanced algorithms is only a part of a successful compressor control application. Equally important is our experience in the electrical and mechanical interface with the compressor. This includes selection and location of instrumentation, filtering input signals, and sizing the recirculation valve and the response time of the complete recirculation loop.
