PM Control provides fully integrated retrofit solutions for the hydroelectric industry. Utilising Woodward and L&S Electric hardware, our solutions afford all the benefits of modern technology. We have extensive experience in hydro turbines, having completed retrofits on hydroelectric generation facilities ranging from as little as 100kW capacity, to more than 100MW.
In collaboration with our customers we develop a customized hydro solution that is ideal for their applications. All engineering, administrative, system integration, testing and commissioning tasks are completed with the utmost attention to detail by our engineers. Each stage of the project is directly under our management, with all control panel manufacturing, programming and testing being completed at our facility. This integrated approach to both the design and manufacturing ensures consistent design philosophy, documentation and quality across the entire project.
Our hydro upgrades ensure improved system control with proven components for greater reliability, as well as the advantages of a fully supported parts supply. Upgrading the control systems means a hydro electric plant can be relied on to produce electricity for the next 20 years.
