Complex Power Management

Automated control system for the new Tri-generation Power facility at Melbourne Airport. The Tri-gen Power plant was chosen to provide APAMs new T4 terminal with backup electrical power plus additional heating and cooling to support their existing HVAC system. The power generation and protection system consists of 4 gensets, each with its own EasYgen 3500 controllers combined with 12x LS5 remote breaker controllers housed in the 22KV substation.

PM Control works with S.E.M.S Pty Ltd to retrofit Canberra Deep Space communication using several Woodward components such as EasyGen, LS5 and 2301A speed control.

Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre uses Woodward EasyGen and LSS controller to simiplify the complex solution and maximise efficiency of the new central energy plant in Western Australia.

With Woodward EasyGen and DSTC, we have helped Sofitel Metropole Hotel in Vietnam to automate its emergency generator backup power supply. This ensures the hotel will not be affected by unstable utility causing damages to hotel image.
